I have an incoming flatfile that does not validate the envelope. The document ends up in the suspeded queue but cant not be found in the tracker. The document in the suspended queue is in binary format.
Tracking is enabled on my BT-server and the channel is configured to track the document in native format.
The suspended queue is the only place i can see the file. How do i get the file, so I can correct it and resubmit it.
This is the only copy of the file so i need it badly.

In HAT, you should have an option to save message when you right click on
the message instance. Is that option disabled in this case?

If it is 2002, there are a few suspended queue scripts in the SDK that will
read message from the queue. You can then modify the script to write it to
file.
