I am shooting an XML doc through BTS 2002. I have a COM AIC component that
calls a webservice via SOAP to send the document on it's merry way to my
..NET WebService. I was thinking of sending a flag within the XML doc to
signify whether it is an Insert or an Update and then parsing through the
xml doc (another thing I need to ask about). Would you do this check at the
COM AIC level and then call a method called say "InsertAccount" or should I
send the raw XML into the webservice and check for the flag inseide the
webservice itself.

Also what XML object should I use to parse through the XML itself. (code
examples are a plus).
