We have a simple process that uses the HTTPS Transport to send an XML File.
The receiving end is a WebMethods Server. When they receive the request,
all they get is an xml processing instruction, but they do not get our XML
File.

Is there something special that we need to do to post to a webmethds server?
I've seen a few postings on this, but no answers.
