I have an XML which has SQL elements.
i want parse that xml and Create SQL Query to Populate
message from Oracle.

Could anyone Tell How to ProceSs IN 2004.

If I understood your req correctly, I think you are looking for a Oracle
Adapter kind of thing.
There is no such adapter from MS. Instead there is a bunch of third party
companies like Isevo, Attunity, Iway have one.
