I can't select this option.

| Did you install Windows Sharepoint Services per the install doc? This is
required for BAS.

| Even if you installed WSS 2.0 on your machine, it is possible that BAS is
disabled for a selection if the language of WSS 2.0 doesn't match with the
language of BizTalk Server 2004.
