Error creating a Receive Function

| When trying to create a receive function I receive this
error
The Prog ID for a custom preprocessor could not be
obtained because of the following error: Class not
registered, No errors will be logged to the Windows Event
Log
I can press Ok to the message, but do not have any options
when trying to select a preprocessor component.
Any ideas are appreciated. Thanks.

| Have you registered the GUID as a preprocessor?
e.g.,
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{Your Class GUID}\Implemented
Categories\{20E8080F-F624-4401-A203-9D99CF18A6D9}]
