| I am building an orchastration using BTS 2004 that uses a SMTP adapter to send an email. I have tried several methods, repeatidly reconfigured the SMTP adapter in BTS Admin, and looked at how the SDK sample works. Can't get it to work. How do I troubleshoot what is going wrong?

| What is error that you are getting? Is the email not being sent or format
is incorrect?
Can you provide some more information please?
