Author FILE receive troubleshooting - permissions

Hi,

I am having problems configuring BTS2004 (running on W2k3) to receive a file
from a Win XP Box. All I get is the
"File transport does not have read/write privileges for receive location..."
error.

I am running BTS in a domain account and the share on the remote computer is
set up with all possible privileges for the account BTS is running under.
It actually works fine if I log into the W2k3 box under the BTS domain
account and copy/move/delete the file manually, it just won't work with BTS.

Any ideas?

Regards,

Sigmund

It works if I give the BTS account Full Control permissions to the watched
folder. Is this normal behaviour? Usually "Modify" permissions were enough.

Sigmund

If you use only Modify, you will need to go into advanced tab and grant
Delete Subfolders and Files.

Thanks!
