FILE receive troubleshooting - permissions

| Hi,
I am having problems configuring BTS2004 (running on W2k3) to receive a file
from a Win XP Box. All I get is the
"File transport does not have read/write privileges for receive location..."
error.
I am running BTS in a domain account and the share on the remote computer is
set up with all possible privileges for the account BTS is running under.
It actually works fine if I log into the W2k3 box under the BTS domain
account and copy/move/delete the file manually, it just won't work with BTS.
Any ideas?
Regards,
Sigmund

| It works if I give the BTS account Full Control permissions to the watched
folder. Is this normal behaviour? Usually "Modify" permissions were enough.

Sigmund

| If you use only Modify, you will need to go into advanced tab and grant
Delete Subfolders and Files.
Thanks!
