BTS 2004 Rules Engine: TypedXmlDocument & Namespaces

I have an assembly that receives a TypedXmlDocument from a Business Rule. I
need to be able to modify the document using SelectSingleNode with the
XmlNamespaceManager override.

The TypedXmlDocument.Document object doesn't provide an XmlNameTable so I'm
confused about how to set up the XmlNamespaceManager.

Any help would be appreciated.
