"Unable to enlist in the transaction" error with Win 2003 Server and SQL Ser

I have a BTS server 2002 residing on a Windows 2003 box I have the BTS SQL
Server on another box. When I try to run my XML doc on the BTS box I get the
following error message "Unable to enlist in the transaction".

First I do have BTS with sp1 installed I also Enabled Network DTC access on
the BTS box. Is there anything else I mght be missing.

Did you just enable Network DTC access? If so try restarting MSDTC and SQL
Server service on the SQL box.
