Authentication Failure problem (Tutorial 3)

| When i try to go through tutorial module 3, a get following error after I
submit POrderSample.xml:
Event log shows following error information:

There was a failure executing the receive pipeline:
"Microsoft.BizTalk.DefaultPipelines.XMLReceive" Source:
"Microsoft.BizTalk.Pipeline.Components" Receive Location:
"/HTTPReceive/BTSHTTPReceive.dll?Order" Reason: There was an authentication
failure. "The party corresponding to the inbound message cannot be
identified".

| Make sure you have setup the virtual directory so it does not allow
anonymous access.
