I am trying to send an email message in BizTalk 2004 but it says I have not
configured an SMTP Server name. But I have, in the Administration Console ->
Adapters -> SMTP -> Send Handlers and the Server name is correct as I have
other applications that use this SMTP server too.

Anyone got any ideas ? Is there anything else I need to configure ? The
actual message I get is :

The adapter failed on an attempt to transmit a message going to send port
with the address "jmacaulay@XXX.co.uk". Details: "The property sheet field
named "SMTP Server Name" has not been configured for the BizTalk.SendSMTP
transport component.

Thanks in advance

It sounds like you installed SDK SMTP adapter sample also. You have picked
SDK sample adapter in your send port and have NOT configured the property
for that adapter.

The error message is different if the Server name is missing in the default
SMTP adapter configuration.
