I get this error when I try to connect thru my POP3 ccount in outlook for NNTP

Configuration:
Account: msnews.microsoft.com
Server: msnews.microsoft.com
Protocol: NNTP
Port: 119
Secure(SSL): 0
Code: 800ccc0e

Please help me to get rid of the error .

Code: 800ccc0e means connection failure. It looks like you don't have valid
connection to the server. Are you behind firewall? If yes, maybe the
firewall doesn't allow you to use the port 119. Can you please ask to your
network administrator to resolve the issue?
