Access Denied while adding Send Port in EAISolution Tutorial

| I installed Biztalk with VS, SQLServer all in one box (2003Server).
I started on the EAISolution (Module 1) Tutorial and at the point of adding a Send Port in Biztalk Explorer (page 31-32).
I get message:
Cannot store transport type data for Primary Transport of Send Port 'SendPort_ERP' to config store. Access is denied.
My login has all the permissions to the DB.
Appreciate any help on this. Thanks,
