Hi,
I downloaded the BizTalk trial software and got error messageboxes:
Package 'BizTalk Project Package' has failed to load properly(GUID={EF7E327E-CD33-11D4-8326-00C04FA0CE8D}). Please contact package vendor for assistance...
Package 'Microsoft BizTalk Schema Editor' has failed to load properly(GUID={66995B01-2C96-4E30-8C80-F8FBB3D87BBC}). Please contact package vendor for assistance...

I can't create BizTalk project in .NET saying 'Make sure the application for the project type .btproj is installed'.

Anything I am missing?

Thanks,

Hi,

Have you got the Visual Studio 2003 installed in your machine?

Check for the following registry
key& #91;HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsof
t\VisualStudio\7.1\InstalledProducts
\BizTalkProject]
"Package"="{EF7E327E-CD33-11D4-8326-00C04FA0CE8D}"
"UseInterface"=dword:00000001

Read requirements for BizTalk Server 2004. Probably you are missing something.
Also try reinstalling BizTalk.

Thanks
Tatyana
