The Windows Address Book certificate store is referencing the "Local
Machine\Other People" certificate store. You can view it by:

1) Running mmc.exe
2) Adding the Certificates snap-in.
3) Choose to manage certificates for "Computer account"
4) Local computer (Assuming you are running the MMC from the computer the
certificate is located on).
5) You should see a store labeled "Other People".
