when trying to setup the samples in SDK\Samples\BAM i'm
getting this error.
C:\Program Files\Microsoft BizTalk Server 2004
\SDK\Samples\BAM\BamEndToEnd>..\..
\..\..\Tracking\bm.exe deploy
BamEndToEnd.xls ..\..\..\..\Tracking\BAMConfigurat

Retrieving BAM Definition XML from Excel workbook ...
Failed to open BAM Excel workbook file BamEndToEnd.xls.
Old format or invalid type library.
Press any key to continue . . .
Any Idea?
Thanks.

| Please check prerequisite software. I think you might need Microsoft Office
Web Controls 10 in this case. BTW do you have a localized version of Office?

| I'm from BizTalk BAM development team. I can confirm BAM Manager (bm.exe)
doesn't depends on any Office Web Control.
The error is caused by known Excel localization issue: you run an English
version of Excel but the regional settings for the computer are configured
for a non-English language. The fix is either install the MUI pack for
your locale. Check KB article at for more info
