Hi,

How can user see a specific message in BizTalk. For instance Business manger
wants to see all the Purchase orders with value more than $1000.00. They do
not want to stop the processing but they just want to see contents of all
the Orders with value more than $1000.00.

I would imagine this can be achieved out of the box, if so how do I
implement this?

Take a look at the online documentation for BizTalk Server 2004. What you
are talking about is called Business Activity Services.

Oh sorry I forgot to mention the important point, our
business managers do not have Office 2003 they are using
only Office XP. Is it still possible to achieve what you
are saying?

You could use the HAT tool, promote the property containing the amount.(If
the element only occurs once!). the search for the appropriate message,
property limitation etc.

regards Michael

Hi Michael,
Thanks for the response and agin, HAT is not really for
business manager, I would think it is a tool for debug.

The software requirements for BizTalk Server 2004 including BAS and BAM can
be found in the installation guide.

http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=22120

The Information Worker information which describes BAS and BAM much better
than I can is found at:
