how to Insert data into the field whose datetype is Money

By sql adapter, I have been trying to insert data into a table, however,
there is a field whose datetype is Money. when i ran the orchestration, i
got the following error. how to fix the problem? Thanks

The adapter "SQL" raised an error message. Details "HRESULT="0x80040e07"
Description="Disallowed implicit conversion from data type nvarchar to data
type money, table 'Testing.dbo.S_Salary', column 'Salary'. Use the CONVERT
function to run this query."
