BizTalk Server General - What's happening??

I consume a third party webservice using a C# assembly because I need to send
an attachment with it, but there is something strange with the message it
returns.
I get this message:
This Assembler cannot retrieve document specification by using this type:
"ResponseIndienenDeclaratie"

I know this is a common problem, but the two resolutions I found on the web
do not work it seems.
I promoted one of the fields of the message using a property schema,
resulting in this message:
There is no value associated with the property 'LHV.DeclWaarde' in the
message.

I don't know what is happening here, anybody an idea?
