Try structuring your schema as follows:

<Root> Delimited infix
<Record000> Delimited infix tag=000 maxOccurs=unbounded
<PositionalRecord000> positional
<Attribute2>
<Attribute3>
<choice> maxOccurs=unbounded
<PositionalRecord111>
...
<PositionalRecord222>
...
<PositionalRecord333>
...

Let me know if you're still having problem... if possible attach or
