I live in a remote area and downloads (updates) can sometimes take a LONG
time. Can I stop a download (or update) and restart where it left off???

Hi Lngbrngrl,

Not quite related to BizTalk, but you can find Download Managers which can
help you stop and resume downloads. I tend to use GetRight:
