When I tried to publish my orchesteration as web service I got the following
error,

Failed to create project "http://localhost/BizTalk".
[System.IO.DirectoryNotFoundException] The system cannot find the path
specified.

Do you have this as an excluded path in Sharepoint Central Admin? I can't
remember the exact error, but it is similar to this if you have extended a
virtual server and havent done an exclusion to the vdir for it.
