query interface error from receive port in Biztalk 2004

| We are using the default xml receive pipeline, a custom isolated adapte; and
a map.
when ran without the map, the message passes nicely, but when the map is on,
we get the following error message: "queryinterface for
microsoft.biztalk.cachingservices.Ibcsartifactfactory failed".
we realy realy need help, and fast!!!!

| As the information you provide here is quiet brief, the best way to get this
addressed as fast as possible is to get PSS involved.
