SDK issue - Sharepoint Adapter error

When trying to run the Infopath Sharepoint Services Adapter sample in the
SDK, I am finding an error in the logs:

The adapter "WSSLib" raised an error message. Details "Server was unable
to process request. --> Access is denied.".

Where should I be looking to address the authentication issue?

I fixed my own issue. I hadn't granted access of the account running
biztalk to the Sharepoint site that I was using for this sample.

(Sharepoint Central Administration -> Under the security configurations ->
Manage web site users)
