In a Receive Port / Receive Location there is an option that let's you
define "File Path".

Is there any place where we can define the "Global Variable" which can be
referred in this screen (something like %MySourceFile_FilePath%), just
like %MessageID%

Any help please

No, there is not. those variables are used by the adapter, please see the
SDK sample File adapter, inside ConfigProperties.cs, there
ReplaceMessageID, which does the work.
