Author Difference between Business Rules and Business Process Configuration?

Hi,

I`ve been looking into the HWS documentation over the last couple of
days. One thing that I found a bit confusing is the Business Process
Configuration vs Busines Rules. These seem a bit similar and the only
difference I`ve seen so far from the docs is that business rules are
applied to the entire sollution while business process configuration are
applied individually to each trading partner. Is this a correct
assumption? And are there other significant differences between the two?

I haven`t really used any of the two, just read about them, so I might
be wrong in my assumptions - hence the question..

Regards,
Asbjørn
