BizTalk Base EDI tutorial, Module 1 won't run...

When I run the BizTalk Base EDI tutorial, Module 1 I get
the below error. I am new to BizTalk 2004 and do not know
what this means. I thought I did everything I was supposed
to do. Could I please get some help here?

Event log error:

There was a failure executing the receive
pipeline: "Microsoft.BizTalk.DefaultPipelines.XMLReceive"
Source: "XML disassembler" Receive
Location: "EDI://7654321:ZZ:7654321" Reason: The
disassembler cannot retrieve the document specification by
using this type: "X12_4010_850". Either the schema is not
deployed correctly, or more than one schema is deployed
for the same message type.
