BizTalk Server General - error in biztalk

I am trying to follow the tutorial "Microsoft Biztalk accelarator for HIPAA".
I am getting the error "Either BOF or EOF is true". Looks like some kind of
bug, anyone had similar problems and know how to get around this?

The following was what i was trying to do.
On the Trading Partner: Fabrikam Insurance screen, next to Organization
Identifiers, click Add.
In the Add Organization ID dialog box, do the following:Use this To do this
Alias Type Key
Qualifier Type ZZ
Value Type 123456789012345
