I'm running this from my local development box..and tyring to deploy an
assembly that I did register in the GAC. On the last step, I get the
following error:

"Failed to create project "http://localhost/ExposeRFP_Proxy".
[System.ArgumentNullException] Value cannot be null.
Parameter name: type"

Any ideas why it's failing?

Can't remember if it was the same error, but check that when you are running
the wizard that there are no name clashes with the BizTalkWebService,
WebService and WebMethod names. I know this caused me hours of frustration
