Error on Addresses step of Configuration wizard

I'm getting the following error on the Addresses step of Configuration wizard
of Biztalk 2004:

http://CRM01/sites/BASSite
Error Detail: The server instance specified was not found. Please specify
the server's address and port.

Can anyone please point me in the right direction about to how to solve it?

BAS requires that you have Windows Sharepoint Services (WSS) installed. Do
you have this installed?
