How to market this? BPM, EAI, SOA, etc . . .

| Hi,
Throughout the past few years, I have been struggling with the best way to
market BizTalk2004 - like solutions. Struggling with getting the message
across to clients and prospective clients has been tough due to the fact that
the space is still evolving, and along with it, the acronyms and
descriptions. In Dave Chappell's excellently written document on BPM, he
addresses these issues. What success has anyone had in describing BPM
(Business Process Management) solutions and services and what acronyms or
phrases have clients responded to the best? Some of the ones I see floating
around are:
BackOffice automation
EAI
SOA
B2B \ C2C
In a sense, all of this falls under the umbrella of BPM. Any comments?
