"Download of specified resource has failed" Error message

Hi,

I'm trying to use a vbscript file to create the documents and I am receiving
a "Download of specified resource has failed" message. I have looked this up
and the web says it is a permission problem with the registry. But, I have
granted rights to everything. Any other suggestions?

Any help is appreciated.
