XSD Schema Structure changes in BTS when imported from Infopath...

Hi,
Plz. help me in sorting out this problem, as stuck due to
this problem. If an XSD Schema build in InfoPath is
included in Biztalk project, it shows references in that
xsd document as Elements, what i know that it makes it
very strange when i opened it in VS .net, y this happans?
am i doing any mistake? Plz. refer me any document to
understand the myth behind xsd schemas behaviour b/w
infopath, biztalk and xsd.exe. Why they change the schema
structures build in one another?
Note: Same problem appears when i create proxy of a xsd
schema through xsd.exe. it creates additional nodes
against ref elements.
