I have installed Biztalk Server 2002.

Trying for some samples , started with Search for Organizations in the
Messaging Manager

I get a access problem "You are not allowed to access Biztalk Server 2002".

Is there any kind of configuration we need to do before working on. What
specifically doesn't have access in the PC, thanks for any help.
