cXML 1.2 to XSD schema

Hello,

I'm having difficulties converting the cXML.dtd version 1.2 to an XSD schema
using the Biztalk Schema Generator. I also tried with XmlSpy with no luck. I
tried converting the InvoiceDetail.dtd as well and again I wasn't able to
generate an XSD using Biztalk 2004 tool.

As anyone been able to generate a schema?
