How to send only one message?

Good Day.

I have a project where I take some data from DB and send the xml file with results in a folder.
Actually, I need to send in that folder only one xml file but Biztalk sends a lot of them.
I tried to change the send port retry count property to zero but it had no effect.
Is there any other way to send only one result file to a folder?
