Error in EDI reports in HAT

Hi,

I am getting the following error in HAT for EDI Reports while select
date as filter

"An error occurred in accessing the EDI database.Make sure that SQL
Server is running and that you have network connectivity to the
server and that you have rights to access the database"

Also,I get no errors when i don't select the date as filter.

Could anyone please let me know where is the error???
