Has anybody problem with BizTalk 2002 after applying the latest kb:s

I pasted 2 errors from the eventlog today.....

A COM+ internal exception occurred. Contact Microsoft Product Support
Services to report this error, and provide them with the information in the
following message.
Exception: C0000005
Address: 0x00000000
Call stack: 옽烳

I had this same error couple of weeks ago, but after applying biztalk 2002
SP1 it got resolved.

You'd open a support incident to Microsoft Customer Service to
troubleshooting this kind of C0000005 AV crash because it will involve
complicated debugging work. Please check out below link for the phone
