BizTalk Server General - Charset in http header

Hi,

When I try to send a message to a partner of ours, the http header always
contains the following:

Content-Type: text/xml; charset=UTF-8

Somehow this other system can't handle this charset, and only accepts
headers in the following format:

Content-Type: text/xml

Is there someway i can change it ? I tried a couple of things, but i
couldn't remove the charset in the header.
