I have a befuddling problem with an http send port that uses basic
authentication with a certificate. When deployed to a Windows 2003 Server
machine the port works flawlessly. When deployed to a Windows XP box the
adapter "hangs".

HAT shows the message as "Delivered, not consumed" and remains in that
state.
I can post the message from this XP box fine using JavaScript so I seems to
be some certificate/authentication problem with the BizTalk adapter.

If I'm wondering if anyone else has run into a problem with running Biztalk
on XP. Thanks.

Hi,

could it be that the certificate is stored in the personal store of
the logged in user? BT will use that store but will probably have a
different user account it is running under, so might have problems
retrieving the certificate for the security mechanism.,

Hope this helps,

Marvin Smit.
