Having problems finding messages in HAT

| Hi,
I use the ID element of a message to track messages in HAT. It works
fine for the processes that are active/dehydrated but I'm having
problems locating messages that have been suspended for some reason,
they just seem to disapear. Anyone know why this happens?

| Do you see the corresponding service instance, that is suspended, in HAT?
Are you trying to save the message body for that particular instance?
Please give some more details.
Thanks.

| Hi,
I can find the message if I use the "Services Instances" query.
However, I need the exact time for the message/start of orchestration
to be able to find it because there are som many messages, this is why
I want to locate it using its promoted ID number. I haven't tried to
save the message body. When i find the messages within the correct
timerange I can save the bodies to try to find the correct instance
(looking at the saved xml and checking the ID of the message).

| From your comments, about promoted properties. can you please try to find
the message in the Find Message Viewer?
Thanks.

| Hi Vishal,
Thanks for your response! Finding the messages that way is what doesn't
work (if you meen HAT/Reporting/Find Messages). Thats why I have to
save the xmls instead wich is very time consuming.
