While I realize that this post is nearly 12 months old, I wanted to
let you know that:
A. I experienced the same problem in trying to create a HTTPS adapter
and B. Like mine, the GUIDS are probably fine - it's the Adapter
Alias which is not unique.

Change the adapter alias to something proprietary ie.
CompanyName.Https://
and you should be able to create the adapter in BizTalk Admin.
