The SQL Server machine is running on remote Windows 2000 with cluster
BizTalk 2004 machine is running windows 2003 with Network DTC Access
turned on for Network Admin & Network Transactions.

I checked some article it say For W2K the defalut DTC Security on port
(3372) is open
For W2K3 the defalut DTC security on the port is closed.

Should i open 3372 port to connect remote SQL Server.

Thanks for the help.

Hi,
I had a similar problem. Follow this kb
http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/d....asp?frame=true
Be sure to reboot the SQL server after the completion.

Good luck.

Hi,

Still doesn't work?
We've used the DTC Tester tool before on a different machine.
http://support.microsoft.com/defaul...kb;en-us;293799

Please post back if you get it to work.

Good luck again.
