Hi!

I just wonder if there are some obvious differences in performance when it
comes to starting/calling orchestrations?

Which is the most effective way of communicating with another orhestration
(and what does the performance depend on?):
- Call an orchestration
- Start an orchestration
- Send "activating" message to an orchestration

Thanks for your comments!
