Structured Rule Language support

I apologize if this is the wrong discussion group to post this question but I
did not see a discussion group for the rules engine.

Does BizTalk 2004 or BizTalk 2006 support "Structured Rule Language"? I
understand that this standard is supported by Blaze Advisor and other rules
engines.
