FTP adapter problem

Hi.

I have receiving port (FTP) passthru get ascii file from unix computer. Now
I get error message

There was a failure executing the receive pipeline:
"Microsoft.BizTalk.DefaultPipelines.PassThruReceive" Source:
"Microsoft.BizTalk.CoreAdapter" Receive Location:
"ftp://xxxxxx:21//xxxx/xxxxx/xxxx/file.108" Reason: System.Exception

What is wrong?
