Repeating record within repeating group Business rule problem

I have an xml document that has a structure where there is a Detail Item
group that has several records within the group and several of the records
within the group can repeat. When I build a business rule, the rule doesn't
loop through the repeating records. I have changed the XPath and Field
selector property to create individual Group objects. I am not sure now how
to have the business rule loop through the records within the object.

If someone has a suggestion I can email the schema, test input file and
policy for your review.
