Here's some follow up.
I can see that there are no instances of
MSBTS_ServiceInstanceSuspendedEvent. But there are plenty of suspended
messages in the MessageBox. In MSBTS_ServiceInstance class, I can also
see plenty of messages with service status of "Suspended."
Why doesn't MSBTS_ServiceInstanceSuspendedEvent fire? Is this a
configuration issue. I'm lost. Help!
