Author Float values in a Schema

I'm getting a response back from a web service with
<Amount>29393.39</Amount>. I can see this in Fiddler, but if I put the
Orchestration in debug mode and look at the response back from the web
service I see <Amount>29393.4</Amount>. I can't see any reason the why the
value is getting rounded up. The field is defined as xs:float.
